1. To order custom products, the first step is to let us know you are interested in ordering. That gives us a heads up that we need to cover a particular team. Otherwise, with so many teams and busy schedules, we may not just happen to photograph your team. 2. If you see us at your team's event, let us know you would like a custom product. We have an order form for you to fill out. This lets us know we need to concentrate on getting pictures of your player. Without getting an order form, we may or may not happen to get several good pictures of your player. 3. If we have already photographed your team, you should be able to find the photos at our photo print service. All the pictures we have are posted there. If you don't see many good photos with your player in the albums, we may not have enough of your player to make a custom product. If you do see pictures, you may make a note of the picture game/number identifier. When we make a custom product, we can pick the pictures if you wish, or you can give us picture numbers from the albums. Even if you give us numbers, we will need a little flexbility in determining exactly what pictures to use. 4. The best way to make sure we get good pictures is to order as early as possible. That lets us know that we need to check our existing albums, and get more of your player if we do not have enough. |
